Pressed Sour Cream Cookies

Ingredients

•     1 cup butter
•     1 cup sugar
•     2 egg yolks
•     1 teaspoon vanilla
•     4 cups flour
•     1/2 teaspoon salt
•     1 teaspoon nutmeg
•     1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•     1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

Step 1: Cream butter and sugar until creamy. 

Step 2: Add beaten egg yolks and sour cream and vanilla. 

Step 3: Sift dry ingredients. Gradually add to creamed mixture mixing well after each addition.  Fill cookie press. 

Step 4: Press cookie dough on cookie sheet and sprinkle with decorative sugar.

Step 5: Bake  at 375 degree until lightly browned.
