Lemon Buttercream Frosting
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon rind
- dash salt
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon milk
Step 1: Beat butter until soft in a medium-sized bowl.
Step 2: Beat in powdered sugar alternately with lemon rind, salt, lemon juice, and milk.
Step 3: Continue beating until smooth and spreadable.
